This notice describes how Diamond Nova Media LLC operates its internal YouTube channel-management application. It covers the application and the associated Google authorization; it does not replace a separate privacy notice for other services on diamondnovamedia.com.

Information the application accesses
When an authorized operator connects a YouTube channel, the application receives OAuth access and refresh tokens. Depending on the permissions granted and features used, it accesses channel identifiers and profile information, video titles, descriptions, thumbnails and publication information, comments and related engagement information, and YouTube Analytics reports. It also processes operator-provided topics, scripts, generated media, review decisions, schedules and diagnostic records.
Why these permissions are requested
YouTube channel permissions support reading channel information, creating and updating video uploads and metadata, managing publication schedules and channel interactions. Analytics access supports performance reporting and editorial improvement. Some Google permissions are broader than a single action; actual actions are performed through the application's configured workflow and operator controls. The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Contacts.
Local processing and storage
The current installation runs on computers controlled by the operator. Its database, scripts, generated media and production records are stored locally. Google credentials and tokens are stored in local configuration files restricted to the local user. Text generation runs through a local language model. Synthetic speech and video generation run through a local media-generation service on the operator's network. Relevant channel information, comments or analytics may be included in local AI inference to support the application's features; they are not used to train a general-purpose AI model.
Sharing and external services
The application communicates with Google and YouTube to authenticate, retrieve authorized data and perform approved channel actions. Video files and metadata are transmitted to YouTube when uploaded. The configured local generation workflow does not send Google user data to an external commercial AI provider. If the operator later enables an external processing service, this notice and the consent flow must be updated before a new use or disclosure of Google data. Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising, credit decisions or data brokerage.
Retention and deletion
Tokens and application records remain on the operator's computers until removed by the operator or applicable maintenance routines. Disconnecting an account at Google revokes future access; it does not automatically delete existing local records. Authorized users can contact hello@diamondnovamedia.com to request disconnection or deletion of application-held data. Deleting local application data does not automatically remove videos already uploaded to YouTube; those are managed separately through YouTube.
Your controls
Review the permissions displayed by Google before connecting an account. You can revoke access through Google Account connections. YouTube content and account controls remain available in YouTube Studio. This software is intended for authorized adult channel operators; it does not provide an account-registration service for children.
Google and YouTube policies
The application's use and transfer of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. YouTube use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
Material changes to how Google data is accessed, used or disclosed will be reflected here, with renewed consent where required before the changed processing begins. Questions or deletion requests: hello@diamondnovamedia.com.
